Dental Assistant needed for small, caring pediatric denal office!
LOCATION
Sherman, TXWe are seeking a dedicated dental professional to support a busy pediatric dental practice focused on delivering compassionate care to children. This full-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with young patients and brings a sweet, friendly, and patient personality to every interaction.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a dental office and be comfortable providing chair side assistance, coronal polishing, nitrous oxide monitoring, and pit and fissure sealants. Strong communication skills, a calm demeanor, and the ability to help children feel safe and comfortable are essential. Because this role works closely with kids, a warm, encouraging, and patient approach is especially important.
A high school education is required. Cross-training is not necessary for this position. The office provides personal protective equipment, including goggles, latex gloves, nitrile gloves, and regular masks, to help maintain a safe and professional work environment.
This full-time role includes a 1-hour lunch break from 1:00–2:00 PM. Benefits include paid holidays and PTO. Compensation is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
