We’re looking for an experienced, energetic Dental Front Office Leader who loves people, knows how to keep a busy practice running smoothly, and wants to build a long-term career with an outstanding dental team.
Our current Front Office Leader is moving out of state, and she will truly be missed! That means we have a rare opportunity for the right person to step into an important role with a practice that offers a great office culture, fantastic patients, ideal Salt Lake City location, and a team that genuinely enjoys working together.

⭐ YOU MAY BE OUR PERSON IF YOU HAVE:
• 2+ years of Dental Front Office experience — REQUIRED
• 1+ year of Open Dental experience — REQUIRED
• Dental front office leadership experience is a BIG plus!
• Strong ability to work independently while also being a true team player
• Experience with dental insurance coding, billing & processing
• Experience with A/R
• Experience with treatment planning & treatment coordination
• Exceptional communication, organization, follow-through, and patient-service skills
• A positive, solutions-focused attitude and the ability to help keep a productive office moving forward
