We are seeking a skilled, compassionate, and motivated Associate General Dentist to join our growing dental team. As an Associate General Dentist, you will provide comprehensive dental care to patients while working alongside an experienced and collaborative dental team. What You'll Do

Perform comprehensive dental examinations, evaluations, and medical/dental history reviews
Diagnose oral health conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide a wide range of general dentistry services, including restorations, crowns, bridges, extractions, root canal therapy, and preventive care
Perform endodontic, prosthodontic, and basic oral surgery procedures as appropriate
Provide dental care patients with patience, compassion, and professionalism
Clearly explain diagnoses, treatment recommendations, and options to patients
Build strong relationships with patients and create a comfortable, positive dental experience
Maintain accurate and timely clinical records using Dentrix
Follow HIPAA requirements, infection control protocols, and all applicable clinical standards
Work collaboratively with dental assistants and other team members to provide efficient, high-quality care
Participate in a four-handed dentistry approach to maximize efficiency, patient comfort, and quality of care

What We're Looking For

Active and unrestricted dental license in Texas
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree
Experience providing comprehensive general dentistry services
Strong clinical skills in restorative dentistry, extractions, endodontics, prosthodontics, and preventive care
Ability to develop comprehensive and appropriate treatment plans
Comfortable providing care to both adult and pediatric patients
Excellent communication and patient education skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to clinical excellence
Knowledge of HIPAA, infection control, and patient safety standards
Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
Commitment to providing an exceptional patient experience
