Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Full-Time Dental Hygienist to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone looking for their forever dental home, who is passionate about comprehensive dental care and eager to grow with our practice. This position currently does not include benefits, but we are actively working towards implementing them in the near future.
Responsibilities:
Perform dental cleanings and preventive services
Conduct thorough patient assessments and screenings
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care
Collaborate with the dentist in treatment planning
Maintain accurate patient records
Foster positive and open communication with patients
Must be coachable and have a good attitude/growth mindset
Requirements:
Valid Dental Hygienist license
CPR certification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to providing excellent patient care
Desire to establish a long-term relationship with our dental practice
