We are seeking a motivated and reliable Dental Assistant (DA) or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, compassionate, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of care and compliance.
🦷 Responsibilities:
Chairside assisting during general and/or specialty dental procedures
Preparing treatment rooms, instruments, and materials
Taking and processing digital X-rays (as permitted by licensure)
Sterilizing and maintaining instruments in accordance with OSHA and infection control standards
Assisting with impressions, temporary restorations, and other clinical tasks within scope
Updating and maintaining accurate patient records
Educating patients on post-operative and oral hygiene instructions
Supporting front office or hygiene team as needed
✔️ Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of dental assisting experience
Dental Assistant certificate (RDA certificate is a plus)
Knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and terminology
Current CPR/BLS certification
X-ray certification (if required by state law)
Experience with Open Dental
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
