We are seeking a skilled, compassionate dental assistant to join our full-time team in a biological dental practice focused on whole-body health. Our office serves patients in General, Pedodontics, Periodontics, Orthodontics, Oral Surgery, Multi-Specialty, Single Doctor, Multi Doctor, Private, and Endodontics settings, and we value a team member who is eager to learn, grow, and think beyond conventional dentistry.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about patient education, oral-systemic health, and building genuine relationships. You will help create a warm, family-like environment where patients feel heard, supported, and fully cared for. Responsibilities include chairside assistance, dental charting, patient education, appointment scheduling, recall coordination, radiology, infection control, sterilization procedures, nitrous oxide monitoring, antibiotic therapy support, and assisting with hygiene-related tasks such as cavitron use, gingivitis treatment, pit and fissure sealants, and oral hygiene instruction. Additional duties include collecting forms and payments, maintaining files, posting treatment, and helping with morning huddles.
Applicants should have 2 years of experience, be CPR certified, and be ready to take initiative, stay organized, and clean as they go. We offer a 1-week training program, a 30-day trial period, a 30-minute lunch break, and pay of $25–$30 per hour.
