As the Dental Office Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the office and play a key role in ensuring both patients and team members have an outstanding experience every day.

✨ Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the daily operations of the dental practice, including scheduling and patient flow
* Manage and maintain accurate patient records and administrative systems
* Lead and support a team of dental assistants, hygienists, and front office staff
* Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented office culture
* Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance
* Manage billing, financial operations, practice budgeting, and KPI performance
* Analyze and interpret financial data to support practice growth and success
* Maintain a welcoming and professional patient experience while handling customer service concerns and resolutions

💡 Qualifications:

* 3+ years of dental practice management experience required
* Strong knowledge of OSHA and HIPAA regulations and updates
* Excellent leadership, organizational, and team management skills
* Exceptional communication and customer service abilities
* Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Experience with Open Dental is a plus
