This part-time position offers the unique opportunity to work across various practice areas, including General Dentistry, Pedodontics, Orthodontics, Oral Surgery, and Cosmetic Procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

As a pivotal member of our dental team, you will be responsible for:
- Performing thorough dental cleanings and scaling, ensuring patients receive optimal oral hygiene care.
- Conducting assessments to evaluate each patient’s oral health and collaborating with dentists to develop tailored treatment plans.
- Educating patients on preventive measures, dental hygiene practices, and the importance of regular dental visits.
- Maintaining accurate patient records and documenting all treatment provided.
- Ensuring that all instruments and equipment are sterilized and prepared for use, adhering to strict safety protocols.
- Participating in the overall patient experience to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for all.

Qualifications:

- A degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited institution.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a dental hygiene role, with exposure to diverse practice types, including Medicaid, PPO, and Private sectors.
- Current state licensure as a Dental Hygienist and certification in CPR.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to educate and inform patients effectively.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of infection control and working within established protocols.
