What We’re Looking For (High-Performer Profile):

Minimum of 2+ years of dental front desk experience in a high-volume or fee-for-service practice (required)
Confident and polished in presenting treatment plans, discussing fees, and guiding patients to confident decisions
Exceptional phone presence—you communicate with warmth, clarity, and professionalism at all times
Strong working knowledge of Dentrix practice management software (required)
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented; you anticipate needs rather than react to problems
Able to manage multiple priorities calmly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
