About the Role
We are looking for a Bilingual Call Center Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves handling patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced call center environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, patient-focused, and thrives under performance-based goals.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
Provide support and solutions for patient inquiries and concerns
Accurately document all patient interactions in the system
Follow call center scripts, workflows, and company policies
Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues
Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance targets
Requirements
Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (Required)
Minimum 1 year of experience in:
Customer service
Basic computer skills (Windows, typing, data entry)
Preferred Qualifications
Previous call center experience in a dental or medical setting
Familiarity with patient scheduling / Customer handling
Schedule
Monday to Friday between: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Alternate Saturdays
