Design Dental Group is seeking a friendly, professional, and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our growing private general and cosmetic dental practice on a part-time basis.

We are looking for a dependable, motivated hygienist who takes pride in providing exceptional patient care, promoting oral health, and creating a comfortable, positive experience for every patient. Our ideal candidate is a team player who values patient education, clinical excellence, and building lasting relationships with patients.

Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance.
Conduct periodontal assessments, charting, and oral health evaluations.
Take dental X-rays as needed and permitted by applicable regulations.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene, preventive care, and periodontal health.
Identify and communicate clinical findings and treatment recommendations to the dentist.
Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation.
Follow all infection control, sterilization, and OSHA protocols.
Collaborate with the dentist and clinical team to ensure efficient daily operations.
Provide a welcoming, professional, and compassionate patient experience.

Qualifications
Current Texas Registered Dental Hygienist license in good standing.
Current CPR/BLS certification.
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of preventive and periodontal care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
Experience in a private general dentistry practice preferred.
