Part-TIme Dental Assistant Position

We are looking for a qualified, professional and motivated Dental Assistant with expanded functions who is a patient focused care taker, looking to be a part of a team and grow personally and professionally with our established private practice. Our practice specializes in sedation, cosmetic, and implant dentistry. The team at Andrew J. Holloman, DDS is passionate about providing the highest level of patient care and creating a positive atmosphere for our patients and team members. We are looking for a team oriented individual who is outgoing, with impressive communication skills and the ability to be organized, professional, service minded, and willing to go above and beyond the basic responsibilities of the job.

Responsibilities:

Assist the dentist during various procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. 
Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and equipment for dental procedures. 
Take and develop dental radiographs in accordance with safety protocols. 
Maintain accurate patient records and assist with treatment planning. 
Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care. 
Manage inventory of dental supplies and ensure a clean and organized work environment. 
Provide exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with patients and their families. 

Qualifications:
Dental Assistant certification or equivalent experience. 
Previous experience in a high-end, fee-for-service dental practice is preferred. 
Proficient in dental software and radiographic techniques. 
Front desk experience is preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on patient comfort and care. 
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. 
A positive attitude and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
