Our well-established dental office, known for its strong emphasis on patient care, is seeking a full-time Dental Hygienist to join our dedicated team. Our practice is designed to focus on individual patient relationships, allowing you to spend quality time with each patient. You will typically work one-on-one with patients, dedicating 60 minutes to provide comprehensive hygiene care tailored to their needs.
Your key responsibilities will include performing thorough dental cleanings, administering preventive care, educating patients on oral hygiene techniques, taking radiographs, and maintaining accurate patient records. As a member of our team, you will be supported by a friendly staff and a single doctor who values teamwork and open communication.
Ideal candidates will possess an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene and hold a valid state license. Strong interpersonal skills, a gentle touch, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care are essential. We are looking for someone who can foster a welcoming atmosphere for our patients and contribute to the overall positive environment of our office.
In addition to a competitive salary ranging from $52 to $57 per hour, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid time off (PTO), paid holidays, 401k with match, performance-based bonuses, and dental benefits. Office hours are M-Th 8-5.
With onsite parking available and a one-hour lunch break, we prioritize a balanced work environment that allows you to maintain your well-being while focusing on providing excellent dental care.
