We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate dental professional to join our general practice on a full-time basis. Our office has proudly served the community for the past 40 years and recently transitioned from Maher Dental Center to La Porte Dental. We are committed to delivering exceptional care, outstanding customer service, and a positive, team-oriented environment for both patients and staff.

In this role, you will provide high-quality preventive dental care while helping patients feel comfortable and well cared for during every visit. The ideal candidate is efficient, gentle, and able to work confidently in a fast-paced clinical setting. Because we value long-term patient relationships and a smooth office experience, strong communication skills and a friendly, professional manner are essential.

Responsibilities include performing routine cleanings, periodontal maintenance, oral health education, radiographs as needed, and other preventive procedures within the scope of practice. You will also collaborate closely with the dental team to support efficient patient flow and maintain excellent clinical standards. Attention to detail, clinical accuracy, and a patient-first mindset are important qualities for success in this position.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in a dental office setting and hold the education required for the role at the college level. Experience in general dentistry is preferred, along with the ability to adapt to a well-established, service-driven practice. We are looking for someone who takes pride in quality care and contributes positively to a supportive workplace culture.

This position offers a schedule of Wednesday through Friday, with a 1-hour lunch break each day. Compensation is $55 per hour, with additional bonus opportunities based on productivity.
