Dental Treatment Coordinator

Our beautiful, modern, high-tech, cosmetic private practice in the Houston Heights area is looking for a friendly, energetic, and highly motivated TREATMENT COORDINATOR to join our exceptional practice and help create an outstanding patient experience.

💎Responsibilities
• Must be comfortable presenting large, $20k+ treatment plans to patients
• Must be familiar and comfortable talking about veneers, Invisalign and implants
• Must have a background of sales and an excellent closing rate
• Must be comfortable and confident with speaking to patients in person and on the phone
• Must be familiar with handling third party financing for patients
• Must be organized, thorough and detailed oriented with following up with patients that do not commit to the treatment right away - through phone calls, texts and emails

💎 Qualifications
• Bilingual English/Spanish MANDATORY
• MUST have a minimum of 2 yrs of treatment coordination experience
• MUST have a minimum 2 yrs experience using Dentrix
• MUST be able to put together a treatment plan on Dentrix and present treatment to patient
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Positive attitude and team-player mindset
• Must be willing to work 2 Saturdays per month (with Wednesdays off)

• Mondays & Fridays: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesdays & Thursdays: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Two Saturdays per month: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Off: Wednesdays, 2 Saturdays per month and Sundays
