Are you a dedicated dental hygienist seeking a part-time opportunity in a warm and welcoming environment? We are a locally owned, family-friendly general dentistry practice that prides itself on providing exceptional patient care without the pressure often found in corporate dentistry. We are looking for a passionate professional to join our close-knit team for 1-3 days a week.
In our practice, you will have the opportunity to work predominantly with PPO and private patients, ensuring that you can deliver personalized care tailored to each individual's needs. You will spend quality time with each patient, providing thorough examinations and cleanings with a focus on patient education and comfort. We schedule one patient at a time, allowing you to devote your attention fully to each individual. Typical appointment times include a 50-minute adult recall, 70-minute adult new patient, and a 40-minute child appointment.
We utilize advanced technology, including Open Dental software and digital intraoral cameras and X-rays, to enhance diagnostics and treatment. Your experience of at least two years will ensure that you can hit the ground running and contribute to our friendly atmosphere right away.
Our benefits package includes paid vacation, sick days, and holidays, along with dental benefits and a 401K plan to support your financial well-being. With competitive hourly compensation ranging from $50 to $55, we value the expertise and skill you bring to our team.
