We are excited to invite a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our practice, where we prioritize exceptional patient care and community wellness. Key Responsibilities:

As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a crucial role in our practice by providing top-notch preventive care and educating patients about maintaining optimal oral health. Your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting thorough dental cleanings and assessments.
- Performing oral cancer screenings and periodontal evaluations.
- Applying preventive agents such as sealants and fluoride.
- Assisting in the development of treatment plans in collaboration with the dentist.
- Educating patients on proper oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits.
- Documenting patient care and progress accurately in our Dentrix, Eaglesoft, and DEXIS systems.

Qualifications:

- An associate degree in dental hygiene from an accredited program.
- Valid dental hygiene license and CPR certification.
- Proficiency in Dentrix, Eaglesoft, and DEXIS software is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for patient education.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.

Dr. Lowery graduated from UNC School of Dentistry in 1992. One of his goals was to return home and practice in his community which was, at the time, very underserved. He has successfully fulfilled this mission for the last thirty-two years and has successfully used his knowledge and expertise to make his community a better place. His office is located in ComTech Park. This central location conveniently serves patients from all over Robeson and surrounding counties, including nearby South Carolina. We are a small, community based, family oriented establishment. We share small town values, patient centered care and are employee focused.
