Position Overview:
As a Dental Hygienist in our practice, you will play a crucial role in patient care by performing thorough dental cleanings, conducting oral screenings, providing patient education, and assisting in preventative dental health. This position is full-time, operating on a Tuesday to Friday schedule, allowing for an excellent work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing procedures.
- Educate patients on optimal oral hygiene practices and preventative care.
- Assist in the identification and management of oral diseases by conducting examinations and screenings.
- Maintain accurate patient records and document treatment plans.
- Collaborate with our dental team to ensure seamless patient experiences.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Dental Hygienist in a general practice setting.
- Valid dental hygiene license and certification in good standing.
- Strong communication skills and a patient-focused approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-focused environment.

Work Environment:
You will be equipped with top-of-the-line personal protective equipment (PPE), including disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, latex gloves, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, regular masks, and respirator masks, to ensure your safety and that of our patients. You will see one patient at a time, typically spending an hour with each individual, which allows you to build meaningful relationships and cater to each patient's needs effectively.
