The Maryland Oral Surgery Group is seeking an experienced **Patient Scheduling Coordinator** to join our growing team. Responsibilities:
- Schedule patients strategically to meet daily production goals
- Utilize Weave and AI assisted scheduling tools to maximize scheduling opportunities
- Call, text, and follow up with patients who have open or unscheduled treatment plans
- Convert treatment plans into scheduled procedures
- Fill cancellations and open appointment times to keep the schedule flowing
- Serve as a liaison between patients and the practice
- Accurately enter and transfer patient registration forms and documentation into the practice management software
- Verify patient demographic and registration information for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain an organized, efficient, and productive schedule
- Provide an exceptional patient experience

Qualifications:

- Minimum 1 year of dental scheduling front office experience
- Oral surgery experience preferred
- Experience with Weave s a plus
- Comfortable using technology and AI\-assisted scheduling
- Strong computer, communication, organization, and follow up skills
- **Production focused, dependable, and goal\-oriented
- Bilingual is a plus
