We are a growing private dental practice with a strong focus on patient care, long-term relationships, and clinical excellence. Our team serves a loyal patient base, many of whom have trusted us for years, and we take pride in providing outstanding care in a pleasant, collaborative environment. As a general and oral surgery practice with PPO and private patients, we are seeking a dedicated team member who enjoys delivering high-quality preventive and periodontal care while contributing positively to a supportive office culture.
This is ideal for a motivated professional who values teamwork, consistency, and patient-centered service. Our modern, five-year-old building is equipped with new technology and supported by a staff of six. We maintain a no-overbooking philosophy and schedule a maximum of eight patients per day, allowing time to focus on quality care and patient education. We are looking for someone who is passionate about the profession, eager to grow, and committed to helping our practice continue its tradition of excellent service.
Responsibilities include comprehensive hygiene services such as scaling and root planing, periodontal screening and treatment, calculus removal, ultrasonic scaling, air polishing, fluoride treatment, gingivitis treatment, oral cancer screening, and oral hygiene instruction. The ideal candidate will also be comfortable with dental charting, patient records, vital signs monitoring, sterile procedures, digital x-rays, intraoral imaging, and patient education. Experience with systems such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, PracticeWorks, Carestream, and DEXIS is beneficial. Strong clinical skills, professionalism, and a warm chairside manner are highly valued.
We welcome new graduates who are ready to build their career in a supportive environment. A college-level background and current CPR certification are preferred. Above all, we are looking for a reliable team player who loves what they do and takes pride in helping patients feel comfortable and cared for.
Compensation for this role is $50–$53 per hour. Benefits include paid PTO, paid sick leave, paid CE courses, paid first aid/CPR, paid flu and COVID shots, paid monthly staff meetings with lunch, staff lounge snacks, monthly production goal gift cards, and a retail incentive program payout. We also provide PPE, including disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, and regular masks, and will order additional needed equipment as necessary.
