At our two-doctor practice, we have been serving the community for over 50 years, building trust and enduring connections with our patients, many of whom are generational families. Our clientele primarily consists of educated white-collar professionals from affluent areas such as Meridian Kessler, Carmel, Fishers, and Zionsville. We pride ourselves on offering a comfortable and engaging atmosphere where patients feel valued and known, rather than just a number.

In this role, you will have the privilege of spending quality time with each patient. We schedule one-hour hygiene appointments and 90-minute new patient exams, allowing you the space to provide ideal care while fostering meaningful relationships. Our doctors, Dr. Grant Cleveland and Dr. Zak Allmand, maintain a strong collaborative relationship with hygienists, ensuring that your recommendations for treatment are respected and supported. Additionally, we are committed to your professional growth and development, offering continuing education allowances to further enhance your skills.

We utilize Dentrix for our practice management, and while prior experience is not required, a willingness to learn and adapt is essential. Our office allows for flexibility in scheduling, and we encourage a healthier work-life balance with a full hour dedicated to lunch breaks. With an hourly rate of $55, we ensure you are compensated fairly while enjoying a comfortable workload of 20-30 new patients monthly.

Hi! We are Monon Family Dental, a Fee For Service office on the Northside of Indianapolis. We are a two doctor practice and the practice has been here for over 50 years! The current owners are Dr. Grant Cleveland and Dr. Zak Allmand. Our patient base is educated and engaging. Most of the families that come to our practice are generational patients, and value the relationships they form with our team. Our patients trust the doctors and the hygienists and are receptive to education and proposed treatment. Most of our patients are white collar professionals and we pull from Meridian Kessler, Carmel, Fishers and Zionsville for our patient base. Our office is comfortably busy. We allow for 1 hr hygiene appointments and treat each patient like a family member. We allow for 90 minute New Patient exams and see between 20-30 new patients each month.
Our office is an ideal work environment for individuals who want to practice ideal hygiene and build relationships with patients. We don't push treatment, we don't try to squeeze in as many patients as possible. We educate our patients and build report with them. Our patients like to feel like they are known, not just a number. Our doctors support the hygienist's recommended treatment and always have their back when it comes to recommended treatment. The doctor's are also open to supporting the hygienist and their professional growth through CE allowance.
