Our small office yet highly trained, small dental team takes the time to do things right and our patients love our steady, calm approach. We are in search of an experienced Front Office Coordinator to provide outstanding service to our amazing patients.

We seek an eager, service-oriented Front Office Coordinator who excels in:
Providing a 5-star service approach to patient care
Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
Creating connection and relationships with others
Ability to manage the phone and the schedule for optimal productivity
Time management and computer skills
Mastery of dental insurance verification, coding, billing and explanations
3+ years of proven administrative experience in a private dental practice (REQUIRED)
Multi-tasking, problem solving and getting things done
This is a full-time 4-days a week 8:30am-5pm position. If you have experience with Open Dental and working in a digital office that’s a huge plus, too! Our benefit package includes a competitive wage based upon experience, along with:
