Niles Dental is looking for a friendly, energetic Dental Hygiene Assistant to join our team!

We are looking for someone who brings a positive attitude and cheerful disposition to the office each day. Our practice can be busy and fast-paced, so the ideal candidate is someone who stays upbeat under pressure, enjoys helping others, and understands that great patient care is a team effort.

Responsibilities:
The Hygiene Assistant will work closely with our hygienists to help keep the hygiene schedule running smoothly and provide an excellent experience for our patients. Responsibilities may include:

Seating and preparing patients for hygiene appointments
Setting up and turning over treatment rooms
Sterilizing instruments and maintaining proper infection-control procedures
Taking dental X-rays
Assisting hygienists throughout the day
Restocking rooms and keeping treatment areas organized
Helping maintain an efficient patient flow
Communicating with patients in a friendly and professional manner
Pitching in with other clinical duties when needed

Skills can be taught, but attitude is extremely important to us. We are looking for someone who comes to work ready to contribute, treats coworkers with respect, and understands that no one succeeds alone in a busy dental practice.
