If you’re looking for a rewarding General Dentist opportunity in one of the most beautiful places on earth, this is it. Our privately owned, multi-location practice (4 total across Oahu) is seeking a skilled, personable, and patient-centered Dentist to join our team full-time. You’ll primarily work in one of our well-established, high-performing Honolulu locations—supported by a strong clinical and administrative team that makes each day smooth and productive.

COMPENSATION OPTIONS
OPTION 1 — With Signing Bonus ($25,000 total):
- $5,000 at start (first paycheck)
- $5,000 after 1 year
- $5,000 after 2 years
- $10,000 after 3 years
Compensation:
- 25% of Adjusted Production up to $2,500
- 30% for $2,501–$3,500
- 32% for $3,501+
OPTION 2 — No Signing Bonus (Higher Tiered Earnings):
- $0–$60,000 → 32%
- $60,001–$80,000 → 34%
- $80,001–$100,000 → 37%
- $100,001+ → 40%
