Registered Dental Hygienist Position Overview (4 days a week only - Mondays - Thursdays)| Farmville, VA 23901

The ideal candidate is passionate about oral health and patient education. You will provide
high-quality preventive services such as cleanings, scaling, polishing, fluoride treatments, and
X-rays, while building trust and motivating patients to maintain lifelong healthy habits. Strong
communication skills and a collaborative mindset are essential.

Schedule: Monday–Thursday: 7:30 am – 5:00 pm

Responsibilities
● Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing as needed
● Examine the mouth for signs of disease and document findings
● Take and process digital X-rays, including CBCT imaging
● Educate patients on oral hygiene, plaque control, and nutrition
● Apply sealants and fluoride treatments
● Prepare and maintain accurate dental records and lab materials
