We are seeking a dedicated and passionate General Dentist to join our thriving dental practice. Our office caters to a diverse patient population and encompasses general dentistry, oral surgery, prosthodontics, and specializes in dental implants and full arch fixed prosthetics. With 16 operatories and a team of 19 talented professionals, we pride ourselves on offering a supportive and innovative environment that fosters both personal and professional growth.
As we expand our practice, we are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is eager to contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional dental care. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity for an immediate high production potential, as our current owner is transitioning out and one of our associates is moving into a specialty role. This shift opens the door for an ordinary dentist to step into a pivotal role with the potential for rapid financial growth.
Our state-of-the-art facility is equipped with two CBCT machines, multiple intraoral scanners, and an in-house lab dedicated to restorative solutions and full arch prosthetics. We understand the importance of providing our patients with the highest quality care, which is why we continually invest in advanced technology and education for our team.
We value clear communication and encourage our dentists to foster meaningful relationships with our patients. Your ability to connect with patients will be integral to our practice’s ongoing success. Our compensation structure includes a $250,000 guarantee along with commission based on collections, allowing you to reap the rewards of your dedication and productivity.
