Are you a passionate Dental Hygienist looking for a rewarding part-time position in a supportive environment? Our small, friendly, out-of-network dental office in Tanglewood is seeking a dedicated professional to join our team. We take pride in providing personalized care to our delightful patients, focusing on their oral hygiene needs.
Key Responsibilities:
As our Dental Hygienist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the dental health of our patients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Performing dental cleanings and oral assessments
- Utilizing advanced techniques such as Cavitron, ultrasonic scaling, and periodontal screening
- Administering fluoride treatments and Oraqix as necessary
- Monitoring vital signs and accurately recording patient histories
- Utilizing digital tools, including Dentrix and DEXIS, for patient management and imaging with intraoral cameras
- Collaborating with our team to provide exceptional patient care and comfort
You will typically see one patient at a time, dedicating a full hour for general cleanings and assessments, with longer appointments allocated for select cases.
What We Are Looking For:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a private practice setting, demonstrating proficiency in dental hygiene procedures and excellent patient communication skills. A commitment to teamwork and a friendly demeanor are essential in our close-knit practice.
