A growing, privately owned pediatric dental practice is seeking a caring, motivated Associate Pediatric Dentist to join our team across two convenient locations in the Greater Houston area (Sugar Land & Richmond). We welcome both new graduates (with strong mentorship) and experienced pediatric dentists.

Position overview
We’re looking for an Associate Pediatric Dentist who loves working with kids, values teamwork, and wants a practice where quality care and a positive culture are non-negotiable. This role can be full-time or part-time, with a 4-day full-time schedule available.
What you’ll do
• Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care in a gentle, child-centered manner
• Perform operative dentistry and preventive care, and help families understand the “why” behind oral health
• Participate in sedation cases consistent with your training and credentials:
o Nitrous and oral sedation
o IV sedation cases supported by our anesthesiology partner
• Collaborate with our clinical and admin team to keep visits efficient, upbeat, and positive
• Contribute your ideas and strengths as we grow—your input matters here
What we’re looking for
• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school
• Completion of a Pediatric Dental Residency Program
• Active Texas dental license
• Level 1 and Level 2 sedation credentials
• Friendly, approachable communication style with children and parents
• Passion for prevention, education, and doing the right thing clinically
Bonus (not required):
• Experience with laser dentistry
• Some interceptive ortho experience
• Airway screening
