Part time front office for Fridays

We're looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Dental Front Desk / Patient Coordinator to join our team every Friday (9:00 AM–5:00 PM), with the potential for additional days in the future as our practice continues to grow. This position will be starting in September, with training days in August.

Our office is committed to providing exceptional patient care in a warm, welcoming environment where both our patients and team members feel like family.

What you'll do:
Welcome patients with a friendly, professional attitude
Answer phones and schedule appointments efficiently
Verify insurance benefits and calculate patient copays
Collect patient payments and assist with patient accounts
Check patients in and out while ensuring a smooth experience
Coordinate treatment scheduling and help patients understand their next steps
Maintain accurate patient records and assist with general administrative tasks
Work closely with the doctor and clinical team to keep the day running smoothly

This is not a hectic, high-volume office. We take pride in providing personalized care and building lasting relationships with our patients. We try not to double-book appointments, allowing our team to focus on creating an outstanding patient experience rather than simply moving people through the schedule.

Dental front office experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right person with a positive attitude and a genuine desire to learn. Personality, reliability, and patient connection are just as important as experience.

Competitive hourly pay based on experience
$1,500 sign-on bonus paid after 3 months of employment
