Job description:
We are a growing, high-performing dental office in Rosenberg looking for an Entry-Level Dental Assistant with a strong work ethic and team-first mindset.
One year experience is required — we will train the right person.
You will not be expected to jump in immediately.
You will be trained step-by-step by an experienced Dental Assistant until you are confident and ready.
We are looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn.

Assist doctor during procedures (after training)
Prepare and clean operatories
Support patient flow and team coordination
Maintain a clean and organized environment
Training & Onboarding:
Structured, hands-on training with an experienced assistant
Gradual introduction to clinical responsibilities
Ongoing support until fully confident in the role
Requirements:
Active Texas RDA License (Required)
No experience required — training provided
