Private practice in NRH seeking Front Desk/Insurance Verification

LOCATION
North Richland Hills, TX

Privately-owned, two-doctor practice in North Richland Hills (PPO insurance - no Medicare/Medicaid or Delta Dental). Hours are Mon-Thurs 7:15am-4:00pm and Fri 7:30am-12:30pm.

Responsibilities:
- Answer phones
- Confirm appointments
- Check patients in and out
- Process payments
- Verify insurance and enter breakdown into Dentrix
- Call on outstanding treatment and hygiene recall lists

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency using Dentrix for patient check-in/check-out, scheduling appointments, entering insurance breakdowns
- Knowledge of dental terminology, coding, insurance verification, HIPAA regulations
- Insurance verification using IAP and online insurance portals
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a dental setting

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour (based on experience)
