We are seeking a skilled and compassionate dental professional to join our practice in a full-time capacity, providing comprehensive care within a modern orthodontic-focused dental environment. In this role, you will support a broad range of dental services while working closely with an experienced clinical team to help patients achieve healthy, confident smiles. The ideal candidate is confident in diagnostic and treatment planning, communicates clearly with patients and team members, and is committed to delivering high-quality care in a fast-paced but supportive setting.

Key responsibilities include performing thorough dental examinations, diagnosing oral health concerns, and developing appropriate treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs. You will provide routine preventive and restorative care, manage common dental procedures, and coordinate care with orthodontic-focused providers when needed. Additional responsibilities include educating patients on oral hygiene, treatment options, and long-term maintenance, as well as maintaining accurate and complete clinical records.

The successful candidate should have strong clinical skills, excellent chairside manner, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented practice. Comfort with modern dental technology and a proactive approach to patient care are highly valued. Because this position is within an orthodontics-centered practice, the ability to collaborate on treatment planning related to alignment, bite function, and overall oral health is especially important.

We are looking for someone who brings professionalism, reliability, and a genuine desire to help patients improve both oral health and confidence. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuing education will contribute to success in this role. A college-level educational background, along with the appropriate dental credentials and licensure, is expected.
