Position: General Dentist - Join Our Growing Practice!

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a dedicated General Dentist to join our vibrant dental office. This full-time position is ideal for an enthusiastic individual with 1-2 years of experience who is passionate about providing high-quality dental care and believes in the importance of a patient-centered approach.

As part of our expanding team, you will engage with a diverse patient population and have the opportunity to utilize your skills in both Pedodontics and Restorative Dentistry. Your role will encompass a broad range of dental practices, including routine cleanings, examinations, fillings, and preventive education. A strong foundation in Pediatric Dentistry is essential, as you will be working with young patients to ensure they receive exceptional care and a positive dental experience.

Our practice prides itself on offering a supportive and collaborative environment. You will benefit from a 1-hour lunch break to recharge during your busy day, and parking is conveniently available directly in front of the office for your ease. We value continuous professional development, and as such, we provide malpractice insurance and opportunities for continuing education (CE) to enhance your skills and knowledge.

The current compensation structure includes a daily rate of $700 for the first three months to ease your transition into our practice. Following this initial period, you will receive a competitive compensation of 30% of your collections, allowing for limitless potential as you grow within our practice.
