Full-Time | Tuesday–Friday (32–36 Hours Weekly)

Allen Dental Lounge is looking for a dependable, motivated Registered Dental Assistant who takes pride in delivering quality patient care and being a strong team player.
We are a privately owned general dentistry practice focused on creating a positive experience for both our patients and our team. We’re looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and committed to helping the clinical day run smoothly.

Responsibilities
* Assist doctors during general dentistry procedures including fillings, crowns, bridges, exams, and other restorative treatment
* Take high-quality digital X-rays and clinical photos
* Prepare and break down operatories efficiently
* Maintain sterilization and infection control standards
* Help create a calm and welcoming patient experience
* Support the hygiene and doctor team throughout the day
* Keep treatment rooms stocked, organized, and ready for patient care
* Communicate clearly with patients and teammates
* Help maintain an efficient clinical flow

What We’re Looking For
* Active Texas RDA license
* Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience preferred
* Strong chairside assisting and X-ray skills
* Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
* Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
* Ability to stay organized and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Someone who is coachable, professional, and team-oriented

Schedule
* Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
* Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
* Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
* Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

As the practice continues to grow, there may be future opportunities for additional hours. No weekends.
