You’re a people person with a big smile and an even bigger heart. You thrive in a fast-paced, social environment and love making others feel comfortable and cared for. You're organized, detail-oriented, and a pro at making patients feel right at home from the moment they walk in the door.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and prepare patients for treatment with warmth and enthusiasm
- Assist the dentist during a variety of procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sterilized clinical environment
- Take and develop dental X-rays (if certified)
- Provide post-op instructions and ensure patients leave with a smile
- Build strong relationships with patients and team members alike
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with scheduling when needed

Qualifications:

Dental Assisting experience preferred (but we’re willing to train the right person!)
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Energetic, outgoing, and genuinely enjoys helping people
Reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude

Bilingual is a plus!

General dentistry start up practice since October 2018. Mainly PPO based with no Medicaid/CHIP. Range of services is typical bread and butter procedures - cleanings, composites, crowns with some extractions, endo, and pedo.
