Dental Implant & Surgical Treatment Coordinator
LOCATION
Duncanville, TXLegacy Periodontics & Dental Implants is seeking an experienced, energetic, and highly organized Implant & Surgical Treatment Coordinator to join our growing specialty practice.
We are looking for someone with strong communication and phone conversion skills who can confidently guide patients through dental implant, All-on-X, LANAP®, and periodontal treatment consultations while delivering an exceptional patient experience.
This is a growth-oriented role within a modern periodontal and implant practice focused on advanced surgical care, patient relationships, and high-level customer service.

Responsibilities
* Coordinate implant, All-on-X, LANAP®, and periodontal treatment consultations
* Present treatment plans and discuss financing options with patients
* Handle incoming calls, online leads, and patient follow-ups
* Convert consultations into scheduled treatment
* Manage CRM systems and lead tracking
* Schedule treatment efficiently and maintain productive scheduling
* Support patient communication before and after surgery
* Maintain accurate patient records in Eaglesoft

Required:
* Minimum 4 years dental front office or treatment coordinator experience
* Eaglesoft experience
* Strong phone communication and patient conversion skills
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
* Professional appearance and positive attitude
* Comfortable discussing large treatment plans and financing
Preferred:
* Experience in Periodontics, Oral Surgery, Implant Dentistry, or Prosthodontics
* All-on-X or implant consultation experience
* CRM and lead management experience
* Knowledge of CareCredit, Cherry, Proceed Finance, Sunbit, etc.
* Social media communication experience
* Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
