We are a growing, patient-centered dental practice in Lakeview, Chicago, looking for a dedicated and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our team.

What You'll Do

Provide comprehensive preventive dental hygiene services
Perform adult and pediatric prophylaxis and periodontal maintenance
Complete periodontal charting and assessments
Take necessary dental radiographs
Provide fluoride treatments and other preventive services
Educate patients about oral hygiene, periodontal health, and home care
Review medical and dental histories
Identify and communicate oral health concerns to the dentist
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
Follow OSHA, infection-control, and sterilization protocols
Maintain a clean, organized operatory
Build strong relationships with patients and create a comfortable, welcoming experience
Communicate effectively with the dentist and entire dental team
What We're Looking For
Current Illinois Dental Hygienist license
Graduate of an accredited Dental Hygiene program
Current CPR/BLS certification
Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and patient-education skills
Professional, dependable, and compassionate
Team player with a positive attitude
Ability to create genuine relationships with patients
Experience with Eaglesoft or other dental practice-management software is a plus
