Ottaviano Dental is a newly established, privately owned dental practice in West Long Branch, New Jersey, seeking a Dental Assistant to join our team in a permanent part-time position, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role as the practice continues to grow.
I am a new practice owner, and I'm looking for much more than someone to simply fill a position. I'm looking for someone who wants to build something long term alongside me.
My goal isn't to hire someone who plans to stay for a few months and move on. I want to find a dental assistant who is looking for a long-term home—a teammate who wants to grow with the practice as we continue to expand together.
Whether you're an experienced dental assistant or newer to the field, I am looking for someone who is motivated, dependable, eager to learn, and takes pride in providing an excellent patient experience. I believe in doing things the right way, treating patients well, and creating a positive environment for both our patients and our team.
Schedule
Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM for now with opportunities to expand
What We're Looking For
• Dental assisting experience preferred- surgical
• Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized and attentive to detail
• Comfortable assisting with a variety of dental procedures
• Strong infection control and sterilization habits
• Willingness to learn and grow as the practice expands
• Ability to make patients feel comfortable and cared for
• Newer dental assistants are encouraged to apply—we are happy to train and support the right candidate
