Treatment Coordinator

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and polished Treatment Coordinator to join our high-performing team. This role requires someone who is confident, articulate, and comfortable presenting comprehensive treatment plans in a private, fee-for-service environment. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and understands how to support patients throughout their treatment journey with clarity, empathy, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
- Present comprehensive treatment plans and payment schedules
- Calculate fees and assist patients with treatment-related costs and concerns
- Maintain and follow up on unscheduled treatment plans
- Prepare consent forms and ensure documentation is complete and accurate
- Coordinate appointments with specialists or referring providers as needed
- Ensure seamless communication between clinical and front office teams
- Monitor and review daily schedules, addressing any changes or concerns in real time

Experience Required:
- Minimum 2 years as a treatment coordinator or similar front-office dental role
- Experience in a private, high-end, or fee-for-service practice preferred

- Proven ability to present and follow up on large treatment plans
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-standard environment
