Spring Children's Dentistry is looking for a friendly, confident, and motivated Treatment Coordinator to join our team!
We are an established, growing pediatric dental practice that believes in providing exceptional care while creating a positive experience for children, parents, and our team.
We're looking for someone who enjoys connecting with families, explaining treatment options, and helping parents feel comfortable and confident moving forward with their child's dental care.
If you have dental front-office or treatment coordination experience and enjoy being part of a supportive, team-oriented practice, we'd love to hear from you!
What You'll Do
Build relationships with families and guide them through their child's treatment journey.
Present treatment plans and explain insurance benefits, financial options, and next steps.
Help parents feel confident scheduling recommended treatment.
Follow up with families who have unscheduled treatment.
Coordinate with our doctors, clinical team, and front office to create a smooth patient experience.
Help families navigate restorative dentistry, sedation, and hospital dentistry when needed.
Celebrate with the team as we help more children receive the care they need!
Who We're Looking For
You're someone who:
Enjoys working with children and families.
Is friendly, outgoing, and confident communicating with parents.
Is comfortable discussing treatment costs and financial arrangements.
Is organized and follows through on commitments.
Takes initiative and enjoys contributing to team goals.
Brings a positive attitude and works well with others.
Dental experience is preferred, especially in treatment coordination, insurance, or front-office operations.
Pediatric dental experience and bilingual English/Spanish are a plus!
