Front Office Receptionist or Office Manager

We are an established and growing general family dentistry practice located in East York, PA, seeking a motivated front office team member to join us on a part-time basis. As a vital part of our practice, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our patients while ensuring efficient office operations.

In this position, you will be responsible for managing patient appointments, verifying insurance information, and collaborating with insurance companies. Ideal candidates will possess strong organizational skills, an attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both patients and staff. Previous experience in a dental or medical office is a plus, especially with the use of PBS Endo scheduling software.
