We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our pediatric dental office. Established in 2018, we take pride in providing high-quality dental care to children from newborns to 18 years of age. As a friendly and professional team, we are committed to creating a positive patient experience in a welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Dental Hygienist in our practice, you will play an essential role in promoting children’s oral health. Your responsibilities will include:

- Performing dental cleanings and preventive care to ensure optimal oral hygiene for our young patients. We have 4 RDAs to help support hygiene and treatment needs.
- Conducting thorough assessments of patients’ dental health, updating patient records, and communicating findings to both parents and dentists.
- Educating children and their parents on proper oral hygiene practices and fostering a sense of responsibility for their dental care.
- Providing exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless and pleasant experience for our patients.
- Collaborating with our team to maintain a clean and safe work environment. Helping manage weekly/monthly tasks.

Essential Qualifications:
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- An active RDH license.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a dental hygiene role, with preference for experience in pediatric settings.
- Patience and understanding when working with children, along with the ability to make them comfortable during dental procedures.

Work Environment and Schedule:
This full-time position involves working in a supportive and vibrant office atmosphere where we prioritize safety and teamwork. We provide comprehensive personal protective equipment (PPE), including disposable gowns, face shields, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, and regular masks to ensure your safety and the safety of our patients. Your typical work schedule will include unpaid lunch breaks on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with a paid lunch break on Friday. You will find that patient appointments are structured to allow you to spend quality time with each child—usually around 30 minutes per patient—ensuring an effective and caring approach to treatment.
