Associate Dentist

LOCATION
Brooklyn, NY

We are seeking an experienced, confident Associate Dentist to join our busy, multi-provider dental practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a doctor who can step into a full schedule and perform at a high level.

POSITION DETAILS
• Part-time – 3 days per week
• Established, high-volume practice
• Strong patient flow (new patients & emergencies)
• Modern, fully digital office

REQUIREMENTS
• 2–4+ years clinical experience preferred
• Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills
• Proficient in restorative, crown & bridge, extractions, and endodontics
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced setting
• Excellent communication and case acceptance

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Deliver high-quality comprehensive care
• Diagnose and present treatment clearly and confidently
• Maintain efficiency while ensuring a strong patient experience
• Collaborate with the clinical and front desk teams
• Complete accurate clinical documentation

COMPENSATION
• High earning potential (daily guarantee + production-based)
• Steady, productive schedule
