This role is ideal for someone who:
Has a strong background in cosmetic and restorative procedures
Is confident and efficient in all RDA responsibilities, including:
Chairside assisting at a high level
Assisting with a variety of supporting duties beyond chairside care
Room setup and breakdown with attention to detail
Sterilization and strict infection control protocols
Brings a professional, upbeat presence and strong patient rapport
Is a strong team collaborator who supports a multi-doctor workflow
Is coachable, growth-minded, and eager to learn advanced techniques
Requirements:
Active Texas RDA license
N2O Certification
Extensive clinical experience in a fast-paced setting
