We are a prosthodontic and implant office. It is where gorgeous, collaborative dentistry is done. We are conservative, honest (with ourselves and our patients), diligent, and passionate about our work. We spend the time and preparation necessary for excellence, compassion, and flow.

The Dental Clinical Assistant will be the core of what makes us unique! They will be with the patient during the duration of their visit. This is a valuable position that is aligned with the doctors' goals. They will serve both new patients as well as existing ones.

A Day in The Life

On any given day, you can expect to encounter the following:

• Working with a driven team of dental practice staff.
• Caring for patients who value our services & expertise and want the best dentistry has to offer them.
• Working in an office that is committed to excellence in patient care
• Checking in between 4 to 10 patients each day
• Assisting through procedures in all areas of the clinical space, ie. room setup/breakdown, four-handed dentistry, sterilization, etc.
• In charge of supply and inventory management
• Using all equipment with care and ownership
• Improving daily essential tasks such as taking quality x-rays, suctioning, and patient care.
• Supporting the hygienist in all aspects of preventative and periodontal procedures
• Completing opening and closing duties as a team
• Pouring up models and trimming
• Packing up, sending out, receiving lab cases

What Winning Looks Like:

We support you in winning by reviewing metrics related to sterilization protocols, treatment case acceptance, reappointment rate, new patient reappointment, and provider production goals and providing support and training to set you up to succeed!

• Staying on time throughout the work day
• Your dental skills have expanded to take on more advanced procedures such as surgery and full mouth rehabilitation.
• Managing equipment maintenance checklist
• Managing supply and inventory

Dr. Susie Kim is a prosthodontist who loves to change people's lives through dentistry. She is committed to creating beautiful, healthy smiles for her patients and providing exceptional care. Patients love her for attention to detail, consistent communication and her bubbly personality.

Aside from Dr. Susie Kim, our office consists of two other key team members. Our lead dental assistant, Diana, who patients love for her personable approach and funny stories. And our front desk, Abby, who patients love her for clear explanations and office dj skills.

We currently work out of two operatories and hope to build out more as we grow. We pride ourselves in taking time with our patients and paying attention to the smallest details, so we see on average 4-6 patients a day.
