LOCATION
Windsor, CAWe are seeking a full-time dental hygienist to join our general dentistry practice, where experience, technology, teamwork, and personalized care are at the core of everything we do. With over 40 years of combined experience led by a father-and-son team, our practice provides comprehensive care in a welcoming, patient-focused environment. Our busy office is supported by a dedicated team of professionals who value collaboration, professionalism, and exceptional patient care.
The ideal candidate is a college-educated professional who is eager to grow in a modern, fully digital practice. We are continually investing in advanced tools and staying current with the latest developments in dentistry, including iTero digital scanning technology. This allows us to offer chairside education and help patients better understand their oral health and treatment options in a clear, interactive way.
Responsibilities include performing prophylaxis and ultrasonic scaling, calculus removal, periodontal treatment, fluoride treatment, gingivitis screening, oral cancer screening, oral pathology screening, local anesthesia, dental charting, and patient education. The hygienist will also provide oral hygiene instruction and support a high standard of preventive care in collaboration with the clinical team.
We are looking for someone who demonstrates time efficiency and thrives as a team player in a fast-paced general dentistry setting. The ability to work well with both patients and colleagues is key to success in this role. New graduates are welcome, as no prior experience is required.
This full-time position includes a 1-hour lunch break and offers California sick leave. The hourly rate is $70-75. Convenient parking is available in the back parking lot in the middle of the buildings.
