We are seeking a confident, polished Patient Care & Treatment Coordinator who can manage the front desk while guiding patients through their treatment plans with clarity and professionalism.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact, creating a welcoming and organized front office experience
Manage scheduling, phone communication, and daily patient flow
Create and present detailed treatment plans in a way that is clear, confident, and easy for patients to understand
Discuss financial options and help patients move forward with recommended care
Coordinate treatment scheduling efficiently and thoughtfully
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Work closely with the doctor and clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience

Qualifications

Dental front desk, treatment coordinating and/or sales experience preferred
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain treatment and financials clearly
Professional, polished, and confident demeanor
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
