As a dental hygienist in our general practice, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding patient care. We prioritize creating a workplace where our hygienists feel supported, respected, and empowered to thrive both professionally and personally. The position offers a competitive hourly rate of $60-$65, commensurate with experience, and includes a comprehensive benefits package that features health insurance, paid holidays, a 401K plan, and a flexible schedule to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
In this full-time role, you will provide essential dental hygiene services to our patients. Your responsibilities will include conducting fluoride treatments, gingivitis screenings, periodontal screenings, and executing patient education on proper oral hygiene practices. You will perform prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, and ultrasonic scaling, ensuring our patients receive the highest level of care during their visits. You will typically see one patient at a time, spending 40 minutes to 1 hour with each, allowing for a focused and thorough approach to their dental health.
To qualify for this position, you must be licensed to practice in Nevada. While a minimum of 1 year of experience is preferred, we welcome all passionate candidates eager to grow in a supportive environment. Our office is equipped with open parking spots for staff, ensuring your convenience during your workday.
