We are excited to announce an opening for a dedicated and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our practice, specializing in pedodontics at our new location! As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional dental care to our young patients while fostering a positive and welcoming environment.

Position Overview:

This part-time role is ideal for a motivated professional looking to make a difference in the lives of children and their families. In our perio office, we prioritize the quality of care, ensuring each child receives individualized attention. You will have the opportunity to see one patient at a time, devoting a full hour to each visit. This approach allows you to build rapport and instill a sense of comfort in our younger patients, ultimately enhancing their dental experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough dental cleanings and oral assessments.
- Provide patient education on proper oral hygiene practices.
- Administer anesthetics and ensure patient comfort during procedures.
- Collaborate with our dental team to implement best practices in pediatric dental care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Qualifications:

- A degree in dental hygiene from an accredited college.
- Current state licensure and certification to administer anesthetics.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine love for working with children.
- Ability to create a fun, engaging, and educational atmosphere during visits.
