We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Part Time or Full Time Dental Hygienist to join our 2-doctor private practice located in the Mallard Creek/University area of Charlotte. Established in 1997, our practice has a long-standing reputation for providing high-quality dental care in a laid-back environment where patient comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities.
As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a vital role in our team, working predominantly with adult patients while also accommodating those of all ages. Your main responsibilities will include performing comprehensive dental cleanings, conducting patient assessments, taking digital radiographs using our DEXIS system, and educating patients on oral hygiene practices to enhance their overall dental health.
Ideal candidates will have experience with Dentrix for patient management, digital radiography, intraoral cameras, and treatment involving fixed and removable prosthodontics, as well as veneers.
In our practice, we value quality time with each patient. You will see one patient at a time, typically spending 1 hour for recall appointments and 1.5 hours for new patient visits. We provide a comfortable and relaxed space, and our team is committed to maintaining a positive atmosphere conducive to patient care.
Our work schedule includes a one-hour lunch break from 1-2 PM, giving you ample time to recharge during your workday.
